Susan Santamaria, President

Board member since 2007. Susan Santamaria has resided in the Dripping Springs area with her husband, Richard Santamaria, for almost 20 years.  She has served as President of the Board of the Dripping Springs Community Foundation for the past 6 years.  She is a member of the Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce, the Dripping Springs Women’s Club, and the St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church.  Susan grew up in south Austin and, after graduating from The University of Texas in Austin, resided in Chicago, IL for 26 years.  She has consistently been involved in the communities she has called home.  Susan has been named an honorary member of the Women’s Board of the Children’s Home & Aid Society in Chicago, the largest non-sectarian child and family welfare service agency in the Midwest.  She has also received a certificate of merit for outstanding dedication in volunteer service from the Ex-Students Association of The University of Texas at Austin as a result of the many years she served as President of the Chicago Chapter.  Susan has over 30 years’ experience in the Financial Advisory profession and is currently engaged with capacity as a Financial Advisor and Branch Manager with Raymond James Financial Services in Dripping Springs. She and Richard live on 30 acres in the Pedernales River Valley outside of Dripping Springs.

Tim Lulfs, Vice President

Board member since 2010. Tim and his Family, Tina (wife), Andrew (son) and Erin (daughter) have resided in the Dripping Springs area since 1998. He has been an eight year Board Member on his Homeowners Association serving a two term presidency. Tim and his wife own/operate Insurance Printing Solutions a forms management and compliance company in the Dripping Springs area. He is active with the Boy Scouts of America in the Dripping Springs area and is co-founder and former board member of a 400 member men's group at Lake Hills Church.

Judy Carter, Treasurer

Board member since 2015. Judy Carter and her husband Ed have lived in Dripping Springs since 1988.  Judy served as CEO of the Capital Area Food Bank of Texas for 22 years.  When she retired in 2008, the Food Bank was providing 17 million pounds of food per year to 300 food pantries, soup kitchens, and community non-profits.  Judy has served on local, state, and national boards, primarily in the areas of basic needs and hunger, and she has a master’s degree in non-profit management.


Kevin Herron, Director

Board member since 2009. Kevin, his wife and three children have lived in Dripping Springs since 1996. He has been a registered Architect in the state of Texas since 1998 and has had his practice in Dripping Springs since 1999. His projects have included numerous private residences, local business concerns and local churches. Kevin and his family are active members of Gateway Hill Country Church.

Ben Ingram, Director
Board member since 2014. For the better part of a decade, Ben Ingram has been helping customers realize their real estate dreams in Central Texas. A graduate of Texas State University with a BBA  in finance, Ben has focused his talents on developing relationships both with builders and with realtors in the area. Through this practice, along with his work ethic and attention to detail, he has builders and realtors who send 100% of their clients directly to him. He finds it especially rewarding to be able to provide these clients with the advice and lending products they need to achieve their financial goals. Outside of his work at SouthStar Bank Ben enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time on his family's land in the beautiful hills and valleys near Lampasas, Texas.

Chris Marcum, Director
Board member since 2015. Chris Marcum is a philanthropy consultant in Central Texas and has assisted with development strategy and grant-seeking efforts resulting in the raising of millions of dollars to grow and sustain the missions of dozens of local nonprofit organizations.  She also consults with companies who have or wish to develop giving strategies to support the nonprofit sector, and assists a corporation with its giving strategy in 16 countries.  Chris is proud to have raised a DSISD Tiger alum and enjoys living in the Dripping Springs area.
